basic question re checking internet for info

I am currently evaluating this product. Our need is to have someone enter a credit card number, retrieve their order from the web site and read it back to them. The modules are straightforward but I can't find any info for how to execute the URL with the ccnumber as a parameter. Is there a way to do this?
