Dear Alf-Erik,

Thank you for your interest in our product.
There are two samples coming with our MSCS evaluation that show exactly what you want.

The first
C:\MsgServer\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\MsAccess\CallInfo.vsc lets the caller enter some data that is compared with data in an MsAccess DB.
Then the caller can leave a voice message and all information is stored in an MsAccess DB (CallCenter.mdb) for later inspection.
(The CallCenter.mdb needs to be open during the execution of the script).

The second sample
C:\MsgServer\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\Excel\Enhanced\Enhanced.vsc
does something similar with an Excel DB (Product.xls)

Both samples show you how to retrieve/transfer data from/to an external DB (MsAccess or Excel).
