Yes, I did. The MsgCenter.exe runs ok. But if you press run designer within msgcenter.exe or run designer directly, you will get a first message like this: "EAcessViolation" and if you click OK, it will say: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem....bla...bla". If you click the deatail, it says:

DESIGNER caused an invalid page fault in
module DESIGNER.EXE at 0167:004a6e27.
