Receiving Faxes/Voice Calls

While attempting to set up a phone-in answering service, I am having difficulty figuring out how to split the answers between Faxes and Voice calls.

Voice calls receive as normal, but the faxes are answered as if they were voice.

I am running on a Windows XP environment.
