OK just do a simple test.
Open the Windows Hyperterminal, select the COM port your mobile is attached to, a speed of 19200 Bds and then enter AT followed by the enter key. If the mobile returns OK then it is connected all right. If not then you may check the cable, the speed, etc.
Once you got it working here use the same settings for MSCS. Do not use the Nokia driver but use one of the "Direct to COMx" entries. Then test again.
