A few things I should mention:

1. A 303 error is an "operation not supported" error.

2. Accorindg to the terminal output screen of SMS-IT, the charcter set it uses is the "8859-1" set. According to my sources (http://gatling.ikk.sztaki.hu/~kissg/gsm/atscan/motorola_t250.txt) I don't think the Ti250e, or any Mototrola phone, supports this character set. This might be the source of the error.

3. I have registered with Deltica and have no problem sending messages to our test phone: +44 7816 188724 using SMS-IT via the internet.
