Alain,

When sending multiple messages one after the other using the command line, you must make sure that the first message has finished sending before queueing the second. There can not be two or more instances of SMS-it running at the same time.
For a sample on how to queue multiple messages through the command line from an external application, please have a look at the VB macro inside the BulkSMS.xls sample.
