Dear MAW Support,
In conclusion, SMS-it DOES NOT works with NCP 2.0 under Windows 2000 environment with latest ncl2.sys(driver build version 2.00.063).
Most of other sms sender client apps including Smartsms, they didn't acces NCP serial port too.
Only working app is Hyperterminal.

So I feel convinced that your answer was incorrect or unidentified.
