error also occurs when you do not send a valid RTTTL code as ringtone. The ringtone must be in the RTTTL format,
IE songname:d=4,o=5,b=140:c6,8b,8a,b,8a,8g,8a#,8a#,8a,8g,a,8g,8f,8p,8f,8f,8e,d,8a,2g

If you still have problems, please run SMS-it with the /DEBUG parameter (IE "sms-it.exe /DEBUG"), try to send a RT and then send us the content of the System->Terminal window,
