Make sure to use the mobile number without the country code (07xxxx and not +447xxxx).
The UK SMS centrals are unfortunately not very reliable, so you may need to try a couple of times to get through. The most reliable seems to be One-2-One.
It may be worth the while considering sending through either the internet (Deltica) or through a direct link.
