DDE Access connection in Office 2007

I was able to get the initial DDE connection to work enough to open up MS Access, but it does not create a new record with the new phone number information in it. The Excel VBS script works fine as it does when in the Active mode. What settings need to be in the fields for it to work with the Sample Database? Would you have a VBS example for Access as well? I have Access 2007 could that be the problem?
