This is unfortunately a new security feature which can not be turned off.
There are several alternatives:

1) Use POP :-)

2) Use the "The Outlook Security Features Administrative Package (admpack.exe)", and defined users => See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/orkXP/HA011362851033.aspx

3) Use the Free ClickYes Installer
