Business information per SMS

Hello,

After browsing your website, I am very interested in your INS product. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish and wanted to know if it would be possible with INS. I want my business clients to incorporate an (On demand SMS Push) via their IVR system. Here's how it would work:

1.) Customer calls ABC Business.
2.) On ABC's call menu, one of the prompts states "to have information sent as SMS to your mobile phone, press option 4"
3.) When customer presses 4, the call will be transferred to a unique number on my system where it will ask "Please enter your mobile phone number".
4.) Customer enters their mobile number and in a few seconds, a text message will be sent to their mobile device.

Assumptions:
- I would have to create unique "text messages" for each client.
- The system would assign a unique identifier to each client so that it know what message to send to each client.

I'd like to know if INS can accomplish this. I look forward to your response.
