Install Printer Failed

I have download Evaluation copy of Message Center.
and when quick setup step 9. The result show

Installation failed !!!
Failed to add printer. Reason: 1801

How could I solve this problem ?
I ever try on Windows 98/ME/2000 Professional and did not success on Fax Printer install at all.
