Very strange!
It can happen that the route to a whole network is disturbed, but we never had the case that it just did not go to some numbers in the network...
Can you please do some more testing. Please send the same message and same sender ID (911) again to all numbers. If you have more phones on the T-Nobile network, try them too.
This is just to find the common factor for the problem.
