Problems validating my Serial on the MAW web site

I have reinstalled INS in a costumer computer, due to a problem with corrupted database in Check-It. Now, when I'm trying to validate the serial on the MAW web site, it does it correctly, but when I close the application and then reopen it, the system requests again to validate it. What can I do to validate definitively the serial?

The software has been reinstalled in the same computer and OS that before, with the same serial.

The software has worked correctly for months (unless two reinstallations due to the same problem with database, solved with the reinstallation and a correct serial validation on the MAW web site).

Another important question would be, why the database corrupts with so many facility?
