Good.

Now open MsgCenter.exe
Make sure that MsgServer.exe is not running (otherwise close it with the taskbar icon -> Exit)
In MsgCenter.exe select Tools->Preferences->Communication, select in the first channel
Type: Outgoing Voice calls
Channel: (Your Diva channel)

Make sure that all other channels are disabled (Active => off).
Close the Window (=>OK).
Close MsgCenter.exe

Restart MsgServer.exe only.

Send me the last entries of the session log.
