Unable to configure Script Designer Properly

Hello,

I am having trouble configuring the script designer to transfer calls. Everytime the test prompt answers and I press the button to transfer to an extension, it automatically goes to the hangup option at the bottom. We are trying to use this software as an auto attendant on a PBX system. Do I need to configure as a DTMF string? Thanks.
