Hummm, I'll change the hard disk and then I'll try again, however I do not understand why if I bought the software and the software could have a bug, I have to pay too for get support for fix it.
Your software is good but it does have various bugs. This one could be one of them and this kind of things is the reason why I haven't bought yet the upgrade for more channels.
