Can't transfer calls using Fritz Box, SIP, INS, softphones

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

we want to transfer calls by using your INS feature: "Transfer Call", thus we configure a node in the designer, just according to your example at: http://www.ivrsoftware.ch/manual_designer.html#idh_transfer_call
For any phone number, neither blind nor consultation transfer works, but transferring calls also does not work when using softphones like MicroSIP, because: According to AVM, all Fritz Box routers do not support "transferring a call" when using SIP / IP phones. They instead recommend to use soft keys together with the DTMF technique, which fits to your "Send DTMF String" node.

Do you know how to configure and use the soft keys / send DTMF string feature along with Fritz Box routers to successfully transfer calls even when using SIP accounts, internal phone call transfer, softphones / INS?

Further hardware details:
Both Fritz Boxes are connected to the ISDN line of our telephone system. In both scenarios, we can not transfer a call to any other phone number: No target phone rings and if a next-node is defined, our INS IVR program would immediately follow the SUCCESS path, without any call being transferred.

Scenario A: Fritz Box 6591 Cable => WiFi => Laptop => INS running a TransferCall node using SIP Account A, with a registered german phone number.

Scenario B: Fritz Box 7390 => LAN =>
Laptop 1 -> INS running a TransferCall node using SIP Account B (Fritz Box extension number 174).
=> can't transfer call to:
Laptop 2 -> MicroSIP (softphone) using SIP Account C (Fritz Box extension number 175).
-> SIP
