Thank you for your message.
I guess however this question is better placed with your phone system provider.
INS will just send the appropriate DTMF codes through the line, but which codes and which sequence depends on the phone system.
As a matter of fact you should be able to initiate this transfer without INS, simply by pressing the rights sequence of buttons on your phone. Once this works, then you can use this sequence in INS.
