Databases not found

Hi
I have INS installed in a windows server 2012 r2 working without problems for a long time. Today after a windows update, when I try MsgCenter I get: "Databases not found or database directory blocked by another process. Please restart all INS applications".
When I try MsgServer witout open MsgCenter, the scrips runs without problems.

Some idea?
