Hi,
1)I tested the modem with a other voice ansering program and it works.
2)I think that the M20 GSM modem is not supported by your software. The session log shows:
[2002.10.15 14:01:51.937] [Voice Channel] Opening Voice Channel
[2002.10.15 14:01:52.031] [SMS Channel] Opening SMS Channel
[2002.10.15 14:01:52.046] [SMS Channel] SMS Channel is disabled
[2002.10.15 14:01:52.046] [E-Mail Channel] Opening E-mail Channel
