"Out of bonds" error

Hi
Today we see one more bug of MSCS maybe !
If in Message.DB have 75 records. MsgCenter give "Out of bonds" error. This
error can't remove and MsgCenter can't start. MsgServer continue to works
good.
If we delete Message.DB file all is ok.
We see this error first time.Now try to make again 75 records.If we see
again this error we send him email imidiatley.
