This may mean that during testing one of the INI files (.DB) got corrupted.
The easiest is to re-install the suite or to manually delete the messages.db and the errors.db (most likly to get corruted).

This should not happen... it only accesses the modem to send messages or on an incoming call.
It may be possible that a previous call did not got disconnected correctly... this would indicated a problem with the modem driver. Are you using the latest driver available for your modem ?

Very easy... Just use a Record cell to record a voice messages and then use a Play cell to play back this messages on the same call.
(or use a Voice Mail cell to record the message and then a Voice Mail Admin cell to play back all messages recorded for this VMB)...
