Have you run the Quick Setup? Did it go through OK? Did it detect a modem?
When exactly do you get the error? On start-up of Message Center ?
Can you please also send us the session.log file (found in C:\MsgServer), for us to have a look at the errors. Please also include the system.db file, thanks!
