Hello,
I am trying to understand if Your Message Server Communication Suite
with scripts could be a solution for me. But using the evaluation copy I
have not figured it out.
My goal is to have an IVR that can answer the calls, ask the calling
person to enter a number at his phone. This entered number i.e. 2748239
I would like to store in a row in an excel table or Access database
together with a date/time stamp in other rows for later inspection.
Would this be possible with Your Message Server Communication Suite?
How could a script look like that could manage this storing of date/time
and numbers in Excel or Access?
