The sample WAV files were recorded using the UNIMODEM format (PCM 8000 Hz, 16 bit Mono).
The DIALOGIC may work best with another format.
(As far as I know its default format is 11'025 Hz.) Please try to record through the DIALOGIC in its default and see if this improves the sound quality.
