MSCS supports up to 64 lines. A line can be one modem or a line on a voice
board. How will you connect two lines to one modem ?

You will start MsgServer.exe on the administrator logon on the server.
MsgServer.exe only runs one instance. Other users may use individual
instances of MsgCenter.exe to submit messages.
