Ewan,

We have several customers using our products to work with process control
systems.
Especially our "Message Server Communication Suite" is used in the industry
to work with SCADA systems like Citect, InTouch or RSView. With MSCS you are
able to send/receive messages per SMS, voice, fax, or e-mail and to
implement IVR (interactive voice response systems) that allow the caller to
navigate through menus and set/reset values through the SCADA system. The
same interaction can be done with SMS, hence you can also set up a script
that allows a customer to turn on/off equipment per SMS. More on MSCS can be

SMS-it is a scaled down version that allows to send/receive SMS-it, also
from a command line. There is however no automated processing of the
received SMS possible. More on SMS-it can be found on
