What module do you want to call from VBS?
Do you want to call a Designer Script cell from VBS? This is not possible... but also not needed. To play several times the same WAV file just use a "Play" cell, followed by a "Calculator" cell. Just name it as "Calc" and increment the Expression as "$RV[Calc]+1". Then use a "ResultVariable" cell. Here you can check on a current value of "Calc" and if below a certain value loop back to the Play cell.
Just have a look at http://www.mawnet.com/download/LoopSample.vsc for a sample how to implement a loop.
