Bill,

1) Unfortunately there is no upgrade path from "Receive only" to "Single line". Please have a look at www.mawnet.com/order.html for all upgrade paths.
2) The Message Server window will always display the received messages by date. To save the message under a particular name just right-click on it and select "save to file". This allows you to sabe the received voice file under the name you wish. Then you can access the files through the explorer.
