Importing E-mail Inbox

I have a profile setup called "SMS Service". Its been tested, can log on, has messages, and works fine.

I have setup the preferences to use this service account to retrieve messages from every 60 seconds. I dont receive any errors when this does this, however, no messages appear in the inbox section of the MsgCenter.

Since there are no errors but I know there is mail in the inbox, there is naturally something I have missed. Could someone please shed some light on the subject for me please?
