As far as I understand you intend to
1) Let a caller call the system
2) Get some keys
3) Search a DB with the keys as search criteria
4) Take the values found and create a voice file
out of the values
5) Store the info in the DB
6) Have another caller access this information
in the DB

If this is what you intend to do, then no problems at all.
Our System can read and write data to a database IE MsAccess or Excel). It can also run then a macro that does some data processing inside the DB.
(IE you would first write the data to the database and then run a macro that updates all other tables).
The best is if you send us a short description of how your system needs to perform and we will guide you through the set-up process.
