SVCHOST and Msgserver.exe errors

Hi,

I have a system running at a customer site. It has been performing very well since the fall of 2002. I received a call a week ago (Jan 17th, 2006) that the Msgserver was failing and giving the error of List Index Out of Bounds.

I found a solution in your forum which was to delete some of the *.db files. I did this and everything seemed fine. I got a call today and was told that after one call into Message Server (which works fine) on hang up the SVCHOST.exe has generated an error. Upon clicking on the OK button another dialog box appears “Msgserver.exe has generated an error” and it shuts down. It then has to be manually restarted.

Can you help?
