Hi,

I want to get the information from a file to speak it loud to the caller.

How can I perform this action?

I wrote a script which is putting information in a excel file but when I tried to open the file from Microsoft Excel I am getting the information on my desktop that the file is in use. When I look at Task Manager I see many Excel.exe

Excel.exe
Excel.exe
Excel.exe
Excel.exe

2)

How can I get rid of this Excel.exe and the notification that the file is in use?
