Once we receive your order we will send you a software key that unlocks your
current evaluation copy. (The evaluation copy is available from
www.mawnet.com)
The software key will also be valid for all future updates, meaning that you
are entitled to freely upgrade your software package to the latest release.

When ordering, you may also select to receive a CD and a printed manual (add
$30).
We do not really recommend this option as the CD only holds the current
version and the manual is provided as PDF file in the evaluation copy
anyway.
For shipping of the CD/manual please allow 7 days.

We support all our (existing and future) customers likewise to the best of
our knowledge. Experience has however shown that e-mail support is the most
efficient way for us and our customers. Through e-mail we are able to
support you 24h/days 7 days/week.
Our track record shows that we were allways there when our customer needed
us.
