We do not have azar-ragham as registered user. Under what name did you register INS ?

INS uses the TAPI driver of the Dialogic board to detect the hangup. If TAPI does not report the disconnected tone, INS will not know about it.
Can you please check with the Dialogic support, what setting to use on the Dialogic card to let TAPI report the disconnected state correctly.
