Hi

You can send voice messages to a recipient. Here INS will call the recipient and then play the voice file.
You can also send a script to a recipient. Here you can ask the recipient to enter keys, etc.
Pleaqse refer to
C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\SendAScript
as sample on how to send a script.
