Manage voice files from a web browser

Hi Support Team,

I have some questions:

1) Is it posible to manage voice files or text files from a web browser?

2) What is the best way to install your software?

a) on 1 computer ((card + drivers) + softare)
b) card + drivers on 1 computer and the INS software on an other computer

3) What are the benefits and disadtages of a and b.
