which of your samples I can use and modify to dial number(s) when there is an alarm condition?

I made a vbscript which is monitoring a logfile with 50 rows. We have a system here which only send a log file if there is an alarm.
Column A (Range A2-A50) of the log file is for alarm conditions and at the right the discription of the alarm. After finding the indicator of "1" and if the "1" is already processed it returns into a "0". This means that the results was send to the result variable switch to dial persons and read the row in the excel sheet with a alarm condition.

I don't know if I can use one of your scripts to perform this action.
