Oops, no idea... one thing is sure, the delay does not come from INS. One thing you can check is to open the "System Log" during playback. INS will display something like
[2006.04.12 21:51:09.812] [Channel #2] Playing file C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\SpeakTime\TodayIs.WAV

this is when INS sends the file to the Dialogic card. If the delay occurs afterwards, there is a problem with the settings of the card. If it is before, there is something wrong with the setting of INS.
