1- the file is Ok, the problem occures ocasionaly.
all times if in confirm method caller does not press one of 1 or 2 ruotin is stoped
but some time if caller press 1 or 2 the described problem occures.

2-dialogic card send the report (i pointed it on session log) and i have tested it by windows dialler.
anyway which setting you proper to Dialogic D/4PCI.

3- i tested it and your guess is exactly correct. Dialogic service disables that line. !!!

4- i have tested it in two trial version of your products. INS 6 and MCSC 5.
(the IVR application, that i pointed it later is very important to us. we look for stable solution for it. and INS is one of the best candidates)
