Hi,

I am using the INS trial version 6.1.
I have some questions:

A)
With which text to speech engine I can use INS to speak the chinese language?

I use the assorted folder to map to the voice files that I have put there. I recorded the voice files to give the message at once when you play them.

B)
Why is there a delay of 25 minutes before you can hear Hello welcome ..... when the voice files are playing when I put the text into the message window?

for example:

Hello welcome to our service.

When I am playing the sound files:
Hello.wav
welcome.wav
to.wav
service.wav
they are playing at once.

I know that you will hear a delay after hello and then after welcome and after to, after service but I am not happy with the delay before hello.

Is there an option in INS to reduce the delay of 25 seconds to 5 seconds?

c) Is there an option to make callers enter their telephone number and then the INS system record their message and save them with the name of the entered telephone number?

telephonenumber.date.wav?

for example: 423605.21.04.2006.wav
or: 423605.21-04-2006.wav
