i am trying to use WHOCALLS with US Robotics 56K Message modem and the modem driver is US Robotics 56 K Voice EXT on COM2 in WIN98 and when i tried to run hyperterminal by creating TEST connection after speficying the above said modem and give the command AT#CID=1 it returns OK
but it does not detect the Caller ID i have also tried the other AT commands mentioned in the help section of WhoCalls software, my location is in INDIA and i have activated the CLI service from the telephone company the Caller ID is displayed on the LCD but not by the modem. so can u suggest me what i have to do....
