Hello,

In order to install four similar modems on a computer running INS software, we had to upgrade our computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. The software and modems both seem to be working ok except for the welcome message file at the beginning of our script no longer plays correctly. We also tested INS sample files and they no longer play as well. The software indicates that the file plays but callers can't hear any audio. The files play fine in Windows and within the INS voice recorder. Is there something we can check to fix this?
