Hi Ricardo
As it was working before, then there is no reason it does not after the formating, as long as you have not changed anything. I would still check the overall setup and especially in regards to the access rights.
If you prefer we can have a closer look at it.
For this please order 3 support incidents from
http://www.mawnet.com/0012en.php
and send us per e-mail the details how we can connect to the server for further checks. (Please use www.teamviewer.com) as remote access tool.
