Please have a look under "Message confirmation" in the help file.
A voice call is only considered a confirmed if the recipient confirms the message by pressing the "confirm message key".

Yes, you may choose the same modem/board as port of the outgoing voice calls and an incoming line. When there is an outgoing message scheduled to be
made, but there is an active call on the incoming line, the outgoing message will be postponed until the line is free.
If the system is about to send an outgoing message, the incoming line will be busy.
