Serious!!! Watchdog error

I have an installation at a customer site in Tennessee (USA). Message Server is used for Alarm transmission (Voice only) to multiple people. Recently there were a series of sever storms in the area with several power outages. Our system, however, is on a UPS. I received a call from the customer today and they are getting errors from the Message Server. Specifically, on start up and often after start up there is a pop-up window which says “List index out of bounds” (52). I have deleted all the error messages in the logs because they had reached their max size. The main messages, however, were:

[SMS CHANNEL] Watchdog error, action canceled
[VOICE OUT] Watchdog error, action canceled
[FAX OUT] Watchdog error, action canceled
[PAGER OUT] Watchdog error, action canceled
[E-MAIL CHANNEL] Watchdog error, action canceled
I have tried everything I know to do to resolve this issue, but have not been successful. I have not re-installed the Message Center software as yet, as I am not on site. I also cannot find any information on this watchdog in you manual or the help files.
