Receive only version

I am interested in purchasing the receive only version of message center. I have 2 questions:
1 - If I purchase the receive only version, could I upgrade to the full, one line ($199) verion in the future?
2 - I notice that you can save a received message to a folder in the message server window (very good) but I cannot put a name on it such as "Joe's June order - etc"(very bad). It makes it much easier to go back and find the message to take action. Also If I get lots of messages in one day I like to make notes on them for action to take (Symantec talkworks lets you do this). I know I can save the message to a file but the saved file (with a Joe's June order name) is not visible in the message server window.
What can I do?
